HYDAC's compact design LCX-6 focuses on basic load-sensing directional valve functionality.

Excavators and wheel loaders are increasingly being used for a wider range of applications, which means additional equipment options are growing. This often necessitates use of decentral valve technology.

Hydraulic requirements for additional equipment (AUX functions) encompass:

-different number of additional circuits (directional valves),

-a lower pressure level than the main controls is often necessary,

-minimal cost impact on the machine's basic configuration,

-maximum flexibility and easy integration into series production, and

-quick and easy retrofitting at the distributor.

This entails decentral valve technology for the additional equipment. Here HYDAC's compact design LCX-6 features a compact cost-efficient valve kit with a strict focus on basic load-sensing directional valve functionality.

-easy integration for serial production (no modification in the main control valve necessary),

-reduced main control valve variations,

-maintenance of low machine basis configuration costs,

-simple retrofitting at distributors, and

-uniform valve kit for all machine types.

The LCX-6 could feature in overloading conveyor drives, spreader cylinders, and even as the main control valve for load-sensing pump applications.

Crusher and screening machine applications

Some crusher and screening machine applications are in continuous operation, which means there is demand to reduce energy consumption and for parallel use of actuators to work reliably.

The relevance here includes notable fuel costs savings and CO2 reductions per year.

Required pump load-sensing ∆p can be reduced to a minimum due to the low saturation pressure of the sectional pressure compensators.

HYDAC LX load-sensing valves provide a fine control range for precise cylinder and motor movements due to high main spool resolution. This results in machine movements that are more accurate and higher ease of machine use.

They also provide precise and stable flow regulation due to flow optimised sectional pressure compensators, which results in reliable operation of several machine functions at the same time and an increase in machine productivity.

This extends to a compact and flow-optimised design in a standardised modular system that results in finely tuned components providing high power density, low-pressure losses, and flexible configuration options.

The LX-6 fleXlocal centres on quick and easy delivery from a HYDAC location to a customer onsite.

Other advantages include specifications and configuration onsite, easy storage of parts from the fleXlocal program, and onsite assembly.
